Looking after our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing is absolutely central to living and happy and balanced life. We’ve always understood that at Comms Unplugged so we’re delighted to welcome Gail Losh to the field to run a chilled and reenergising session for our unpluggers.
Gail uses a range of techniques including yoga, meditation and sound baths to help others find peace and balance and we’re excited to experience some of that in the field.
After spending 20 years in the police force, Gail was looking for a deeper connection to life and a way to help others heal, which is how she discovered yoga. She is now a dedicated yoga teacher with a passion for holistic wellbeing. With over 1000 hours of teaching experience she specialises in various yoga styles and owns The Journey yoga and wellness studio.
