She’s passionate about creating communications that connect, involve, and inspire. Her work spans sectors, supporting large-scale change programmes through compelling narratives, trusted stakeholder partnerships, and practical, people-centred strategies.

Her session will introduce unpluggers to change communications, exploring how communicators can support organisations during times of change. We’ll examine how people emotionally respond to change, highlighting the importance of recognising and addressing emotional reactions. The session will also cover the vital role communicators play in articulating the vision, engaging stakeholders, and helping colleagues make sense of change.
